Richard has over 20 years of experience of consulting and digital transformation leadership for clients across retail, financial, media and consumer product sectors.  He has advised some of the world’s leading companies including: ASOS, Primark, HSBC, Diageo, Virgin and Harley Davidson.
Richard has led agencies and teams to create award winning experiences and products that focus on growth opportunities and value creation. This includes creating new startups, as well as establishing digital teams in existing business and organizational models.  He has led large, geographically dispersed cross functional teams using agile, lean and traditional delivery methods and is passionate about technology and its potential to change the business landscape.
