What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a digital Account Manager to work with some of our largest clients in the agency. This will be a 12 month maternity cover contract.
The candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys a fast paced environment. They will have a natural inquisitiveness about new channels and technology. They will work hard to understand the clients business.
They need to be passionate about creativity and finding ways to optimise and improve campaigns.
They will have a strong understanding of all areas of digital, including Website Design & Development, CRM, Social, UX, Paid Search & CMS Platform. They will also have a good understanding of SEO, Analytics and Content Strategy.
The candidate will be a natural team player who is comfortable working with strategic, design and creative teams.
Specifics of the role
This maternity cover role is principally about running the day to day of the account and owning the detail. It requires a can-do approach, the ability to drive a project forward from concept to production using excellent negotiation, client management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
The candidate will:
Work with the Business Lead / Account Director to deliver digital solutions including websites and dynamic integrated marketing campaigns
Be a sound judge for creative work and be able to sell the work
Work with project management to oversee the creative and technical process ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
Have enthusiasm, energy and a can-do attitude
Know the client’s competitors and their marketing activities
Have 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager at a digital agency (ideally a top 10 Agency within the last 5 years)
Have experience with innovation projects such as chatbots
Demonstrate experience of working within a project team – both onshore and offshore through design and build of a transactional ecommerce website (but could also be an enterprise CMS across a multilingual website
