What we’re looking for:
As a UX Architect at MullenLowe Profero you’ll be a Specialist that will help to connect a client’s objectives and desires with the needs of their users through data-informed user-centred design. Working with other members of our UX team, and Specialists from Design, Strategy, and Technology you will be delivering customer experiences that transform our client’s capabilities in digital - varying in scale from innovative campaigns through to sustainable, measurably effective, global platform builds.
You must have a passion for user experiences that connect the physical and digital worlds, and the flexibility to continually push, disrupt, and challenge to ensure we’re doing the best work to drive results for our clients.
Works closely with our Senior UX team to ensure the UX makes best use of customer, business and service insight and meets the brief and client objectives
Responsible for creation and maintenance of fit-for-purpose documentation using appropriate tools (eg wireframe, prototyping, etc)
Activities and deliverables also include: sketching, user testing, participation in workshops, site maps, user journeys, personas, user research etc.
Working in Lean and Agile ways with Design & Tech disciplines to deliver UX meet the needs of clients and delivers an exceptional and measurably effective user experience
Professional Requirements & Qualifications
4+ year’s experience working in a leadership role, directly responsible for research & design activity as part of an established UCD process, preferably within an agency environment
Ability to plan and carry out both primary and secondary research
Proven track record in delivering well thought out, insight driven, multi-channel strategy
Experience working with multiple channels and device formats
A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to identify & solve challenging interaction design problems, and shows positive impact from the work done
University education (ideally to bachelor level in a relevant discipline)
Comfortable presenting and leading client workshops
Passionate about 'the user' and extraordinary experiences with a desire to progress the role
