Heidi Miller

Head of Analytics, MullenLowe Group, New York

Heidi has worked in the digital analytics space for nearly 20 years, 13 of those spent in the agency world.  She has had the good fortune to work on many iconic American and Global brands including Nike, Samsung, Pepsi, Verizon, and Goldman-Sachs, among others.  Following a long stint at R/GA analyzing creative and media performance, she dug into social media and audience research at Publicis agency MRY. 

In her role as MullenLowe’s Head of Analytics in New York and Winston-Salem, Heidi leads an amazing team of analytics specialists who focus on guiding clients’ programs towards success through data collection, testing, analysis, and optimization on websites, mobile applications, and paid media.  Data sharing with our creative teams helps ensure that we work towards optimization driven design that’s geared to the specific goals of our clients.
